News from the Fall NABC in Denver: District 25 has three new national champions. Allan Graves and his teammates prevailed in the Mitchell Open Board-a-Match. Larry Bausher and Steve Becker won the Super Senior Pairs.

Pat McDevitt and Margie Sullivan finished second in the Senior Mixed Pairs on Friday by a fraction of a point.

The District Director's report lists all the players from New England who did well in the national events. It also is the best source of information concerning changes in ACBL policy and objectives. You can read the current one and older ones using the tab at left..

Social Media Help Needed

NEBridge is seeking volunteers who are familiar with Facebook, Instagram and the like. We hope to take advantage of popular social platforms to allow families and friends to keep abreast of the achievements of New England's players. If you have some time, some experience, and an interest in exposing young people to the fascinating game that we all love, please contact Bob Bertoni at Bob@mhzcomputer.com.


Elections result: Mark Aquino was chosen as the new District Director by the electors from the units. 


Advancements: The bridge players in New England who achieved a new rank in November includes 37 who became Junior Masters. Congratulations! The list can be viewed here

Minutes: Carolyn Weiser, District 25's secretary, has provided minutes for recent meetings of both the Executive Committee and the Board of Delegates. These documents are a good source of information concerning changes in bridge in New England.


Favorite Teacher? The American Bridge Teachers Association is currently accepting nominations for its “Teacher of the Year” award. The details on how to nominate your guru for the award can be found here.


New England Youth Bridge, Inc. has been working hard to showcase this great game to the video-game set. They urgently need our help. Details can be read here.
