Are you ready for something different? Newton is the site of the only remaining Regional Tournament in the U.S. that features individual events. You can still play in the 299ers with your regular partner if you want, or on Saturday and Sunday you can try your hand at the individuals, in which every player gets to play with a new partner every two or three hands. It is a great way to meet new people and to gain valuable experience in a setting that is more relaxed than traditional events. You can view the complete schedule here.
